Ian Veneracion takes on new role as advocate of a multivitamin brand

United Laboratories, Inc. (UNILAB) officially welcomes multifaceted celebrity Ian Veneracion as the newest addition to
their roster of brand ambassadors. Veneracion, who currently stars as the male lead in ABS-CBN’s primetime show ‘A
Love to Last,’ has been chosen to advocate for Conzace, the number one prescribed brand for multivitamin plus minerals
by general practitioners and dermatologists in the country.
“It is an honor and privilege to be part of the UNILAB family for its multivitamin brand, Conzace,” proclaims Veneracion
while adding, “I am grateful for this opportunity, and I strongly believe that the product can be beneficial to millions of
Filipinos as it has been beneficial to me.”

According to Conzace assistant product manager Mike Jimenez, the addition of Veneracion is a perfect match for the
brand. “Ian is the epitome of superior immunity and good looks,” he says.

Jimenez elaborates on the actor and the product’s connection. “Conzace’s clinically-proven ZACE formulation, an
acronym for Zinc, Vitamins A, C, and E, makes it the number one multivitamin and minerals product prescribed by
General Practitioners and Dermatologists. The same can be said about our brand ambassador, Ian, whose credibility
allows him to ace his craft with one successful teleserye and movie after another.”

THE FACE OF CONZACE

People born in the late ‘70s would remember Veneracion as the cute and charming Jeffrey Laperal, the son of Joey de Leon in the 1982 sitcom ‘Joey and Son.’ From then on, he went to appear in more television projects while simultaneously making films that range from comedy to drama to action. Among his most recent work is the internationally acclaimed psychological thriller, ‘Bliss,’ and a Filipino independent supernatural horror film, ‘Ilawod.’

Now at 42, Veneracion has again endeared himself to today’s generation as Engineer Antonio “Anton” Noble IV, the dashing, separated with three kids guy who falls in love with another broken soul. And of course before, as Eduardo Buenavista in the 2015 remake of ‘Pangako Sa Yo,’ the role that regained Veneracion’s fame and his career to leading man stature. And then there’s that totally different side of Veneracion that is separate from showbusiness. Apart from being an actor, he is also a painter, an athlete, a pilot, a chef, and a family man—the last being his favorite role to play.

But to be all that, Veneracion needs a multivitamin and minerals that will help him cope, not just with his busy schedule, but with the different roles that he has to play in life. “I need strong immunity as well as healthy skin and hair, I cannot afford to get sick, and look stressed—I am glad I have Conzace to give me all that and more.”

THE ZACE EFFECT

Compared to other multivitamins, Conzace has the highest levels of ZACE combined. All these elements play different roles in one’s well-being. “This unique formulation in Conzace creates a synergistic effect that is clinically proven to help boost immunity, promote healthy skin and hair, and assist in wound healing as it speeds up skin regeneration,” says Jimenez.

Veneracion, speaking from experience, explains it better: “It’s the little things that we don’t normally notice, like for example, stronger resistance against colds and flu, better and clearer skin, shinier and healthier hair. It will do amazing things; you can do more and be more for yourself, for your family, for your work without being disrupted.

“I believe that if you are healthy inside, it just comes out. It reflects physically—in your hair and in your skin. And in the line of job that I am in, it is quite important that I don’t just don’t look good but really be healthy,” Veneracion concludes.

Hey Sugar Waxing Salon National Hair Free Day

Like most women, you’re probably already familiar with the concept of waxing. And like a lot of them, you probably also think that the process doesn’t sound very appealing.

Still, waxing is a standard part for a lot of women’s grooming routine; and they will book a session, show up for their appointment, go through the whole (seemingly) painful procedure, and emerge smooth and hair-free, without batting an eyelid.

Why do they go through it all? Because to be honest, waxing is not as excruciating as one might assume. It’s all a matter of choosing the right waxing salon to go to.

For starters, a reputable salon should be able to take you through the process without causing anxiety, regardless if you’ve been doing this for years or you’re new to the whole thing. They should be able to demonstrate why there’s no need to feel self-conscious and assure you that you’re in the hands of experts. The process is swift, and the aestheticians are trained to work in small, manageable sections and press on the skin as the wax is removed to help ease discomfort. After that, you’re ready to go.

It’s all quite simple and straightforward. And if you think you’re ready to take the plunge, then there’s no better time than April 3rd—when Hey Sugar!, the country’s premiere all-natural waxing destination, celebrates National Hair Free Day.

For the occasion, you can visit any Hey Sugar branch between 10:00 am – 1:00 pm and get underarm waxing and eyebrow threading for free.

SAFEST AND 100 % SUGAR WAXING SALON OPENS IN SM CALAMBA

Living in the tropics can have its ups and downs. On one hand, year-round sun and fun; on the other, maintaining your body for year-round sunning and funning can be exhausting.

When you have the option to slip into your shorts and head to the beach or pool any time of the year, the goal is to maintain skin that’s smooth, no matter what season, which can certainly be sorted out by an appointment to your nearest waxing salon. But for Hey Sugar! Waxing Salon, it’s as much about giving clients what they need while making sure that they allow them to feel fabulous about themselves as well.

Hey Sugar makes all-natural and 100 % Sugar grooming options accessible to clients of all shapes and sizes. They use 100% naturally hypoallergenic sugar wax that minimizes side effects such as allergic reactions and chemical irritations caused by traditional wax—a gentler but no less effective way to keep your skin smooth and hair-free.

Hey Sugar!’s interiors are renowned for being warm, inviting and discreet. Clients can walk in and expect a clean and sterilized environment ideal for the sensitive beauty routines that they are about to undergo, while still feel like they are about to get pampered and taken care of.

And best of all, they can rest easy knowing they are in the hands of expert aestheticians who were trained to deliver only the best results. For newbies, this means you can easily ask your aesthetician any question about the process and advantages of sugar waxing and get a clear answer; for veterans, you know you will walk out of your appointment knowing there’s no other destination that can give you the same results using all-organic hair-removal methods.

“We strive to bring reliable and fast services, but also connect with our customers—it’s a very personal grooming procedure, after all, and we are dedicated to making customers happy and comfortable. Clients expect quality service, superior treatments and affordable prices but not at the expense of a warm and comfortable environment—and that’s exactly what we have waiting for them here,” explains Arvin A. Amaro, Hey Sugar’s Marketing Head.

At the end of the day, everyone deserves some sugar…and there’s no better place to get it than by heading to Hey Sugar! SM Calamba.

Hey Sugar! Waxing Salon currently has 23 locations nationwide, including in UP Town Center, Festival Supermall, SM Bicutan, SM Sta. Rosa, SM Bacolod and our newest branch Hey Sugar Calamba. Make laundry day, a family day

Are you a fan of laundry shops or do you prefer doing your laundry at home? Here’s a great idea for parents especially during this vacation period.

Before, it usually takes a lot of time to do the laundry from scrubbing off all the dirt and stains, to rinsing off the laundry soap, and hanging every piece of fabric out in the sun to dry. Now, many people enjoy the ease of using washing machines that does everything from scrubbing, rinsing, and even drying the clothes. Though it seems that many people are having more time for themselves with the help of technology, this saved time is somehow spent on more chores than with some quality moments with the family.

One way of using saved time for family is to teach children some simple tasks at home. It may be a bit challenging for most kids but being trained at an early age helps them develop a basic skill set and positive attitude, like being independent and responsible, that may help them in the future.

With a bit of guidance from the parents, kids will not only get to understand the importance of doing chores but also have fun learning new and meaningful things at home with the whole family. Parents may start teaching their kids the basics in laundry, like separating all the white fabrics from the colored ones. It is a suitable and easy task for kids, but making them understand that mixing colored fabrics with the white ones could cause stains, might just get their attention.

Letting kids wash their favorite clothes, on the other hand, may also help in convincing them to do some laundry, because it may trigger a feeling of responsibility when it comes to their favorites.

Rewards after finishing the laundry may also help, especially in making the kids feel accomplished

Teaching kids to do their laundry will be easier with one of the world’s largest major appliances producer, Midea. The brand has been working on innovative products with very distinct features that bring convenience in new ways. A wash and dry cycle only costs no more than one peso, because of its Dual Cleaning Motion that lets Midea clean clothes more thoroughly without the messy tangles.

So, while Midea is saving the family some time and money doing all the tough work on the chores, the family can enjoy more time to do something else. Parents could help their kids with their art projects while school’s out and waiting for the laundry to finish. If there isn’t much to do on a lazy day, they could always watch some movies or anything that gets them entertained.

Before, it usually takes time to do most of the chores at home, but with the help of technology, time is given back to families for them to enjoy and bond more.
