Small bites of heaven!

Happy Monday, everyone!

If you’ve read my previous post, I used chocolate cake balls for my DIY cupcake tower along with some commercial cupcakes I bought from the grocery store.

The 4 boxes of chocolate balls were delivered to my office Saturday morning and were beautifully placed in cute and clean boxes. At first, I was worried that about transporting the cake balls since my house is an hour drive from the office. But when I reached home, I was happy to see that my chocolate balls still looked fresh! But be careful not to put the boxes inside your trunk! You wouldn’t want to eat something that looks harassed, would you?

I placed it inside the fridge for the next 24 hours.

When my relatives saw the cake balls, it became a hit! Glad that I just made a small cupcake tower so I had enough cake balls left that I can eat while having coffee. Haha!
The cake balls are moist, chewy and it’s not too sweet. Even my mother who has diabetes couldn’t help but have a bite.
